We hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Bambinos.
All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition purchased online may be returned with your packing slip within 10 days after receipt for store credit (less shipping costs). Any available store credits will be issued in the form of a Bambinos gift certificate that will be emailed to the email address provided. All returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available.
A few things that can't be returned:
- Items discounted for final sale
-Monogrammed, personalized, or special order items
- Special Occasion clothing and accessories
- Holiday Merchandise
- Furniture, rugs and other products shipped via freight
- Anything not in original packaging or without tags attached
For mail in returns:
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Write “return” at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip and include with the items you are returning.
- Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Bambinos cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $150, excluding tax. All orders over $150 are shipped for FREE, excluding freight charges.
What are freight charges?
For larger, bulkier items such as Furniture, Rugs, and Strollers, additional freight charges will apply. We will contact your with a freight quote for approval before processing your order.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship out next day and should arrive within 2-9 business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you via email to notify you of the situation. Please note that certain items, particularly furniture, are special order items and ship per the ship window noted on the individual item page.
Do you ship to addresses outside the mainland United States?
We ship within the United States and ship some products internationally. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping options and rate quotes. Registry gifts purchased by international customers can be shipped to our registry participants or held at the store for pick-up.
We do not ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most items are shipped via USPS and UPS. Larger items may ship with freight carriers.
Are your shipments insured against loss or damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery confirmation. If damage is visible from the outside, reject the shipment (being sure the driver notes the damage) and contact us as soon as possible.
You must report any damaged or broken items to Bambinos within 5 business days of the delivery date. Do not discard the packing materials that the item(s) arrived in. It is essential to keep the packing materials in order to expedite a damage claim.
How do you ship gift cards?
Gift cards purchased online are sent electronically to the recipient. Physical gift cards may be purchased by phone (210-824-7676) and are shipped free of charge and separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service. Gift cards ship next business day. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Gift cards may be shipped to U.S. addresses only. When calculating your order's shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases.
